My Bitch Plan. / 1:28 am

Easy ways to lose weight. HAHAHAHAHA

1. Change what you EAT. NO RED MEAT/CUT OUT FRIED FOODS/START WITH SOUP OR SALAD/FINISH IT WITH FRUITS.

My plan: skyflakes all the way, lettuce and tuna, lucky me pancit canton and mami at kahit anong prutas. (putangina i will really miss you my favorite egg salad sandwich, nilagang baka, puchero, adobo ni mama, beef steak, hotdogs, bacons, shet shet shet..)

2. Change what you DRINK. JUST STICK TO WATER - 0 calories.

My plan: soda-less life, off limits to coffee, iced tea, tempting chocolate and milky drinks. (kahit na bawal alcoholic beverages bahala ka sa buhay mo)


3. Get MOVING! Efficient and very effective ways: 10 minute walk everyday and a little bit of jogging once or twice a week.

Any activity is better than no activity.
